How these figures are calculated
Figures are derived from Pennsylvania DEP public production records and are indicative, not a reserves report or investment advice. Production data is filed monthly and runs a few months behind. Annual decline is an exponential fit to recent production (decline-curve analysis); estimated remaining value is a simple model on the fitted curve at indicative prices. Liquid-loading risk is inferred from the shape of the gas production curve (public data has no downhole pressure), so med/high means “worth a look,” not a diagnosis.
